RealA is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This document outlines our safety standards, prevention measures, and reporting procedures.
Report child safety concerns immediately
If you encounter any content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting feature or contact us directly at reala.running@gmail.com.
1. Our Commitment
RealA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are dedicated to:
- Preventing the creation, distribution, or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Protecting minors from exploitation and harmful interactions
- Maintaining a safe environment for all users
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety
- Working with law enforcement and relevant authorities when necessary
2. Age Restrictions and Verification
Minimum Age Requirement
RealA is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 13 to create accounts or use our services.
Age Verification
During account creation, users must:
- Confirm they are at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate date of birth information
- Agree to our Terms of Service which include age requirements
If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately suspend their account and delete all associated data.
Additional Protections for Minors
For users between the ages of 13 and 17, we implement additional safety measures:
- Restricted interactions with adult users
- Parental notification options where applicable
- Age-appropriate safety features and warnings
3. Prevention Measures
Content Moderation
We implement multiple layers of protection:
- User Reporting: Users can report suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or safety concerns directly within the app
- Manual Review: Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our safety team
- Photo Verification: We encourage users to verify their profiles to enhance safety
Behavioral Monitoring
We monitor for patterns that may indicate harmful behavior:
- Suspicious account activity
- Inappropriate messaging or content
- Attempts to exploit or harm minors
- Inappropriate interactions between adults and users under 18
- Violations of our community guidelines
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
In-App Reporting
RealA allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the app. To report:
- Navigate to the user's profile or conversation
- Select the "Report" option
- Choose "Child Safety Concern" from the reporting categories
- Provide as much detail as possible about the concern
All reports are reviewed immediately and escalated to our safety team and, when necessary, to law enforcement authorities.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation
RealA complies with all relevant child safety laws and regulations, including:
- Reporting suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States
- Cooperating with law enforcement investigations
- Complying with legal requests and court orders
- Maintaining records as required by law
Regional and National Authority Reporting
We report to relevant regional and national authorities as required by law, including:
- United States: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- International: We comply with reporting requirements in all jurisdictions where we operate
All reports are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Account Actions and Enforcement
When we identify violations of our child safety standards, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Suspension: Accounts involved in child safety violations are immediately suspended
- Permanent Ban: Users who violate child safety standards are permanently banned from the platform
- Data Preservation: We preserve relevant data for law enforcement investigations
- Legal Reporting: We report all suspected child sexual abuse material to appropriate authorities

- Safety tips and guidelines within the app
